Clinician

Paran Holloway is an enthusiastic and highly adaptable mental health professional who is deeply committed to helping individuals navigate their most difficult moments. With a collaborative spirit, Paran strives to guide care teams and build supportive foundations that empower clients to thrive. She brings a warm, personal touch to her practice, exploring mental health and behavioral approaches that respect the unique needs, dynamics, and cultures of every individual and family she serves.

 Clinical Expertise

Paran possesses extensive experience across mental health   counseling, behavioral intervention, and crisis management. Her clinical background includes:

  • Serving as a Unit Counselor for a Crisis Stabilization Unit, where she led individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of clinical techniques.
  • Working as an outpatient therapist, performing assessments and providing counseling across home, school, and office settings for clients ranging from elementary school age to adults.
  • Managing and developing behavior plans—including reinforcement schedules and at-risk procedures for dangerous behaviors—during her time as a Managing Partner and Certified RBT.
  • Providing deep, long-term support as a Bereavement Coordinator, guiding families through complex 13-month grief programs, facilitating support groups, and organizing grief camps for children.

 Education & Credentials

Paran's compassionate care is backed by a robust educational foundation:

  • Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Master of Science in General Studies in Human Behavior.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Science with an emphasis in education.
  • Certifications: Bereavement and Grief Counseling, Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR, and Mandated Reporter Training.

 A Personal Touch

Beyond her direct clinical work, Paran is deeply invested in the well-being of her surrounding community and her colleagues. Her dedication shines through in her willingness to go above and beyond, whether she is assisting with "We Honor Vet" ceremonies, gathering community donations for bereavement programs, or providing dedicated support sessions for her own staff. Paran believes in treating the whole person—focusing not just on physical health, but on ensuring that every client receives the vital mental and emotional support they deserve.
