Shea Walker MS, MFT

     Shea Walker is a pre-licensed clinician based in Valdosta, Georgia, holding a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University (Class of 2024). With a strong foundation in relational and performance psychology, Shea also holds a certification in Mental Performance Mastery and is a BLAST Technique practitioner, specializing in trauma-informed approaches that foster resilience and healing.

Shea’s therapeutic style is direct, down-to-earth, and approachable, often weaving in humor and humility to create a safe, supportive environment for clients. Her work centers on what is changeable and possible, guiding individuals and couples toward effective behaviors that cultivate a growth mindset.
